About Sara - Yoga Supernova Founder and Lead Instructor

Sara has completed several thorough trainings in yoga instruction, and continues to train with senior level teachers, including

Manju Jois and Chuck Miller. Sara also graduated summa cum laude, and in the top 1% of her class, from Northwestern University with a degree in both Psychology and Asian & Middle East Studies. As part of her curricula at Northwestern, Sara explored Sanskrit and the history and theory of yoga, which further fueled her passion. In addition, Sara is experienced in several styles of yoga, including Ashtanga and Iyengar, and blends them together, creating her own unique "vinyasa flow." She also specializes in

teaching all levels and ages. Sara would love to hear from you and to welcome you into her friendly and loving Maui yoga family.
